I have never managed to get a really good picture of the moon. It’s always to shiny a disc in a black background. This is probably my best one where the moon is too washed out and you can make something of the landscape out and it’s even got a few birds in the shot.
I came across this article which shows I’m not the only one who has problems. In future I’m going to take the advice and not go for the full moon but try to catch it at another time of the month and aim for the terminator.
