Mostly Monochrome

Smeared

My tripod head doesn’t seem to be correctly screwed on to the body and it slid during a long exposure.  Anybody guess what it is?

          They are getting rarer and rarer, although I actually saw someone using one for a phone call yesterday. First time I’d seen this for years.
